I am wondering about your Esperanto tandem kayak. Is your tandem a 3- hatch or two hatch craft?

Great question.  It has three bulkheads but only the front and rear are full waterproof hatches.  the Centre hatch is open to the rear cockpit with the centre hatch allowing you the ability to pack larger items here but they would need to be waterproofed (dry bags) or things that could get wet like pot sets or stoves , fuel cans etc.
