Is it possible to change the seat on the Baffin kayak to a full Flex 4 seat with adjustable seat back?

Yes you can replace the seat back to make it a full Flex 4 seat .

You will need:

Seat Back:

Backrest Cover:

Thigh Brace system for Flex 4 (because this is where on the right side of the thigh brace there is the adjustment cord for the seat back adjustment)

Knee Pads (optional) depending on configuration of your old thigh braces will need to remove and possibly the padding too:
